Implement a row filtering for the QLInputDataParameter table.
Related issues
Filtering must be fixed. It was handled by InputFileFITS inside libQL2, then removed, now must be handled inside the InputDataParameter class.
Filters are hardcoded withing the application, and should remain like that.
I have opened new issues for database in-memory rappresentation.
